I replied to the personal message you wrote as well, but here goes for anyone just visiting this page and wondering the same: we actually got married at the Groenmarkt. That is the old Stadhuis, the one at the Spui is very modern and people sometimes call it "the Ice Palace" because of its stark white and modern look and high glass hall. Throwing rose petals is not allowed in either location, however. The rose petals were used at another location, the mansion Voorlinden in Wassenaar, where we celebrated and had a party. (most of the pictures are actually at that location, which I'd recommend for weddings or other parties that require a quiet and atmospheric early 20th century look) Formally, they weren't allowed over there either, but the management allowed it and everything was cleaned up nicely afterwards :)
